Yosuke Hayashi (早矢仕 洋介 Hayashi Yōsuke) is the current head of the Koei Tecmo development studio, Team Ninja.
Yosuke Hayashi is a clammy skinned gook with the face of a rat and mentality of a pedophile who become director of Team Ninja when Tomonobu Itagaki and all his coworkers quit Tecmo in 2008 to go form Valhalla Game Studios because Tecmo were jews. Grasping at the opportunity to quickly rise in the ranks of the game design industry rather than incessantly remaking Itagaki's Ninja Gaiden games for PS3 and being a worthless asset to the creative team, he assumed position as director of Team Ninja because Yohei Shimbori was the only other person who still worked there, however Shimbori had fallen asleep in the breakroom after eating his lunch while pondering whether or not he wanted to look more like Tomonobu Itagaki or Katsuhiro Harada and missed the memo that Tecmo wasn't going to pay them for their hard work on Dead or Alive 4.

According to him, Hayashi has been into video games ever since the Famicom days of his childhood. He would read the staff credits and fantasize about someday meeting the creators for the games he liked. He naturally wanted to pursue a video gaming career when he grew up. Although he knows developers are often hung on creating "the best game", Hayashi feels that creating something from the perspective of players and making that entertaining holds importance. If a developer pitches an idea to the project lead that sounds interesting for fans, it always motivates the team to try harder. Understanding and creating a product that fits these goals, he feels, is the real art of the medium.
Being the deceitful jew that Hayashi is which lines up well with Tecmo's goals of tricking people into working without pay, he is responsible for overseeing the development of every single subpar video game that has ever had involvement from Team Ninja. One day he will realize being forced to continue Itagaki's tradition under the guise of keeping the Team Ninja name around despite it actually being an entirely different studio of people than it had once been is not the creative freedom he had hoped for and will resign from Tecmo and join Valhalla Game Studios after kindly finally getting the memo to Shimbori that Team Ninja was renamed to Valhalla Game Studios in 2008 and that Tecmo had been absorbed into Koei because of how shitty they are with money.
