The following are the costumes available to Naotora Ii in the 2015 title, Dead or Alive 5 Last Round.

At the start of the game, Naotora has five costumes, with two being available from the start, and the remaining three costumes being unlocked through either Arcade Mode, Time Attack Mode, or Survival Mode.

Naotora's costumes are unlocked in the order listed, regardless of the difficulty and mode played. For the tag team option, both characters will unlock a costume, and all of the costumes can be unlocked even from courses that were already cleared.

With the release of the downloadable costumes, Naotora currently has fifteen different DLC costumes, adding her current total up to twenty costumes.

NOTE: Naotora is only available in the PlayStation 4, Steam, and Xbox One versions.
