The following are the costumes available to Mila in the 2013 title, Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate.

At the start of the game, Mila has twelve different costumes, with two being available from the start, and the remaining ten costumes being unlocked through either Arcade Mode, Time Attack Mode, or Survival Mode.

Mila's costumes are unlocked in the order listed, regardless of the difficulty and mode played. For the tag team option, both characters will unlock a costume, and all of the costumes can be unlocked even from courses that were already cleared.

With the release of the downloadable costumes, Mila was given twenty different DLC costumes, adding her total up to thirty-two costumes.

NOTE: Due to the Dead or Alive 5 Last Round update, this costume list is now obsolete.
