The following are the costumes available to Lei Fang in all versions of the first Dead or Alive (1996-98).

In the original arcade release, all of the characters have 3 different costumes which are available from the start.

For Lei Fang, she has two martial arts costumes and one costume with a leather vest and shorts.

In the Sega Saturn version, Lei Fang now has 9 different costumes, with her original arcade costumes being her now default costumes, and 6 new unlockable costumes.

For her new costumes, Lei Fang gains a new martial arts costumes, two different waitress uniforms, one casual street wear, and two different bikinis.

PlayStation versions[edit | edit source]

In the Japanese and North American versions of the game, Lei Fang has 14 costumes overall, with three default costumes and 11 unlockable costumes.

In the PAL version, two more unlockable costumes were added, changing the total to 16 costumes.

The majority of Lei Fang's costumes have returned from the Sega Saturn version, with the only ones not returning being the two bikinis, which have been replaced by the one-piece suit.

Other new costumes include the red color swap of costume three, two qípáo dresses, two nurses uniforms, and as a pixie from Tecmo's Monster Rancher. The PAL version also includes two martial arts costumes.
