Initially, Kokoro had three different costumes, with two default costumes and one unlockable costumep. However, with the release of the downloadable content, Kokoro now has six costumes overall, with three different DLC costumes.
For her costumes, Kokoro has three new costumes (though her first costume is originally from the opening of Dead or Alive 4), with the rest being from previous games in the series.
|Costume 1 - White-and-pink furisode kimono with a floral pattern, a red-collar nagajuban worn under the kimono, a yellow darari obi tied around her waist, a pair of tabi, and okobo sandals with pink straps.

The costume is a white-and-silver, off-the-shoulder crop top with a brown miniskirt, a pair of brown boots, gold bangles on both wrists, a brown belt, and a chain necklace with a heart-shaped pendant.
