Isabella is one of Fame Douglas' former mistresses who has yet to appear in the Dead or Alive series. Very little is known about her but it seems that she was Fame's fourth lover, out of a line of six women. Her current status is unknown.

In her concept art, Isabella has dark, shoulder-length straight hair, and wears tight three-quarter pants and what appears to be a light-colored top with a dark baggy jacket.

Etymology

Isabella is a Latinate form of Isabel, which in turn is a medieval Provençal form of Elizabeth. Its roots come from the Hebrew name אֱלִישֶׁבַע (Elisheva) meaning "my God is an oath" or "my God is abundance."
