Arcade version[]

The original "Glorious victory" theme first appeared in the original arcade version of Dead or Alive 2 as the theme for the game's Story Mode credits.

Console version[]

"Glorious victory" was later updated for the home console releases of Dead or Alive 2. Appearing in also the DOA2: Hardcore games and Dead or Alive 2 Ultimate, the track was once again used as the theme for the games' Story Mode credits.

It is this version of the theme that has been used again throughout the series rather than the original arcade version.
