Genetic Biolab is a stage that first appeared in Dead or Alive 2 as Bio Lab.
Story
In both Dead or Alive 2 and Dead or Alive 2 Ultimate, this laboratory is where Kasumi confronts Kasumi α. Also in Ultimate, it is where Helena Douglas hints to Ein about Project Epsilon.
In Dead or Alive Dimensions, the encounter between Kasumi and Kasumi α is extended, and where also Kasumi confronts DOATEC scientist Lisa Hamilton, and is rescued by Ryu Hayabusa.
Description
This location is a DOATEC laboratory room in Germany, near the Black Forest. It is where Kasumi's DNA is used to create the Project Alpha series of clones under the leadership of Victor Donovan, the head of the Superhuman Development Project.
In Ultimate, the stage contains cloning tubes, inside of which float comatose clones of Kasumi, similar to Kasumi α, curled naked in the fetal position in green liquid. There are electrified generators along the walls that can cause additional damage; the walls and ceilings are also electrified. The room is also full of green mist lingering along the ground. There is a balcony near where the fighters start their matches, but they can not be thrown over the railings.
In Dimensions, the tubes are empty.
