Faye Mata is an American voice actress and former professional fighting game player.

Some of Faye's major roles include Rider of Black/Astolfo in Fate/Apocrypha, Lene in Fire Emblem Heroes, Rin Hoshizora in Love Live! School Idol Project, and Yukako Yamagishi in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable.

Trivia[]

  • Although Faye Mata never competed in Dead or Alive esports tournaments, she was a WCG Ultimate Gamer alumni; a contest that put gamers into a genre endurance battle. The regular World Cyber Games tournaments notably had Dead or Alive 4 in some of their lineups.
  • Mata was thrilled to voice NiCO as she has never voiced a fighting game character before and has always wanted to voice one as she played fighting games competitively in the past.[1]
