The following is the list of tag partners with unique tag throws in Dead or Alive 2 Ultimate.

With Dead or Alive 2 Ultimate being a remake of the Dead or Alive 2 games, the game follows it mechanics by returning to the old commands 6 / Forward6 / ForwardFreePlusPunchPlusKick (and 2 / Down3 / Down-Forward6 / ForwardFreePlusPunchPlusKick for tag partners with more than two throws) rather than FreePlusPunch, which what was used in Dead or Alive 3.

The game does however include changes that were made in Dead or Alive 3, such as new partnerships, with an example being Kasumi and Zack.

Similarly to Dead or Alive 2, Tengu remained the only playable character with no tag partners nor unique tag moves.
