DOA Colosseum is a stage that appears in Dead or Alive 6.
Story[]
Many important battles occur at or near the DOA Colosseum during DOA 6's Story Mode, including Helena and Kokoro's falling out, and Jann and Diego's battle in the tournament finals.
Description[]
The Colosseum stage appears to be a new DOATEC arena created for DOA competitors to fight in. As shown in story mode, this arena is an elevated one that is led up to by clear capsule-like elevator structures, with three of them being present for both combatants to use, as well as a potential third one for Zack or Helena to use for announcement purposes. The stage is "gated" with what appear to be laser beams that act as rope, but cause slightly increased wall damage if hit against. Quite faithful to its name, the stage bears some resemblance to the Roman Colosseum. There are also numerous spectators in the audience watching the fight, as well as electronic message walls and a large electrical screen that displays the fight. Massive statues surround the arena and the walls of the Colosseum are decorated by various plants.
As shown in the story mode, there's much more to this place than just the arena: below lies a large memorial statue of Helena's father Fame Douglas in the center, and numerous pleasantries are present such as a café, a seating area, and other places with signs pointing to specific areas such as the museum. Although not selectable in standard offline or online modes, quite a few battles take place in the lower memorial area, which is essentially a small circular stage structure with the statue in the middle, making this a somewhat cramped place to fight, as well as there being "invisible" wall barriers that keep the fighters in place but can be used to perform combos that would normally be impossible due to attack pushback. The upper Colosseum arena also has a night time variant that is fought in early on in the story, but once again it can't be selected unless with specific modifications.

- DOA Colosseum was the only playable stage in the Dead or Alive 6 online beta.
- In both chapters of Kokoro’s story, an alternative stage theme plays for the lower memorial area when Kokoro fights against both NiCO and Helena. This alternate theme is dubbed “Sisters” and only plays in these two battles and is unable to be played outside of these battles.
