This article is for the musical theme "Codename "BAYMAN"" (or "Code Name "BAYMAN"") and its subsequent update and remix.
Throughout the Dead or Alive series, "Codename "BAYMAN"" has been used as a theme for Bayman.
Arcade version[]
The original "Codename "BAYMAN"" theme, composed by Hideyuki Suzuki, first appeared in the original arcade version of Dead or Alive as the theme for Bayman.
Console version[]
"Codename "BAYMAN"" was later updated by Makoto Hosoi for the Sega Saturn version of Dead or Alive.
Since the Sega Saturn version, this version of the theme has been used again rather than the original arcade version.
The theme was used in both the Sega Saturn version of Dead or Alive and its Xbox-port Dead or Alive 1 Ultimate, as the theme for Bayman in the Arcade Mode, and the theme for Bayman's stage in the Survival Mode.
The theme is also optional in Music Mode in Dead or Alive 5 Last Round, as "Code Name "BAYMAN"", though it can be selectable for any character and gameplay mode.
Bayman Remix[]
The theme was later remixed as "Bayman Remix", and was used in Dead or Alive 2 Ultimate. It can be heard while the player is facing against Bayman in the Ray House.
